Editorial policy
Our editorial system separates product facts, vendor claims, analysis and affiliate relationships.
- Prefer first-party product documentation
- Date unstable pricing and features
- No fabricated testing or testimonials
- Correct errors when source information changes
Product research
We prefer official product pages, pricing pages, documentation and help centers for features, plan details and current positioning. Vendor marketing claims are identified as such rather than repeated as independent facts.
For roofing workflow or compliance topics, we avoid invented benchmarks and use outside sources only when they materially improve the guidance.
Comparisons
We do not create fake scoring systems solely to force an affiliate product into first place. A specialized roofing platform may be the better category when the primary problem is measurement, estimating, production, material ordering or job costing.
A general CRM may be the better category when the primary problem is lead handling, pipeline, communication, follow-up and reactivation.
